I'm currently thinking about the Logitech G610 Brown for $80, which seems like a good price for backlit

I want clicky, but not super loud (like my current budget chinese knockoff keyboard)

i'd be using it for a lot of typing with some gaming

The Logitech G610 is a perfectly fine keyboard. Especially for the price as it uses actual Cherry switches. Browns have some clicking but it's not the loudest. It's the lightest key in the family that still has tactile feedback.

Corsair is pretty great on keyboards.

Corsair, CoolerMaster (CM), and Steelseries all also make good keyboards. Other companies do too, but their stock might be a little more limited.

Mine's a Logitech G710+, also Brown - it's a bit loud, but not as loud as others I tried out. I'd say go for it, if my similar model is any indication.

Mine is a Rosewill with red keys and I like it a lot. But mine was kind of limited because i wanted a 10 key too.
