No. Debate rages if that is over-training, but you still probably wouldn't be the strongest after 3 years.

(If you don't injure yourself) you'll be really good at doing 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats, and 10 km runs. Which translates to pretty weak with really good muscular/cardiovascular endurance.

I'm currently doing something similar. I run 25 minutes every day, do callistenics 3 times a week, take the sundays off completely. I can safely say I'm noticing results.
