100 pushups
100 situps
100 squats
10 km run (how much is this in miles LOL?)
3 meals a day (just a banana in the morning is fine)
Never use ac or heater to strengthen the mind

Every day for at least 3 years

No. Debate rages if that is over-training, but you still probably wouldn't be the strongest after 3 years.

A 10km run is probably 6.5 miles.

You need rest days >_> Doing that everyday would hurt you

A small price to pay for becoming the strongest

But I cant give up

Even if my legs feel super heavy during squats

even if I hear cracking sounds in my arms during pushups

But shit I cant even do 100 pushups in one go

Is it okay if I seperate them and maybe work my way up until I can do em in one go?

(If you don't injure yourself) you'll be really good at doing 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats, and 10 km runs. Which translates to pretty weak with really good muscular/cardiovascular endurance.

tl;dr: Great for cardio, terrible for actual strength unless you add some sort of pulling exercise like pull-ups

So if I add 100 pull ups I could dominate UFC?

I'm currently doing something similar. I run 25 minutes every day, do callistenics 3 times a week, take the sundays off completely. I can safely say I'm noticing results.
