...I'm talking about. These are in no particular order.

1. Ginger Snaps 1**
2. Absentia*
3. The Wicker Man (British)**
4. Gremins 1*
5. Nightmare on Elm Street 1
6. Scream 1*
7. Scream 2*
8. VHS
9. Tales From The Crypt
10. Final Destination

No asterix means I've probably seen the film once, one asterixes means I've probably seen it a few times, and two asterixes mean I've probably seen it 10 or more times. There are really good films. My overall favourite is probably Ginger Snaps, although the sequels were only kinda good, rather than excellent.

Scream is my favorite slasher movie films of all time but I wouldn't exactly call them scary.

And lol at Final Destination making it on the list.

I never really thought of Eraserhead as a horror movie, more just an experimental movie, although it does sometimes appear in the horror section in electronics stores. I mean...it's disturbing, but more weird and pretty funny.

Mostly the quality of the drama. I like horror films that have strong drama elements. Good characters, interesting situations, serious non-supernatural things shown with people living their lives, and good production values. Very few of the films I put in my top 10 are that scary.

It's way better than scream 2. Scream 2 is garbage.

So is final destination. That series actually improved when it gave up on being anything other than a "guess what random crazy death happens now" game.

There was also one in the 70s before the TV show.

Also, no offense to TC, but this is one of the most ass lists I've ever seen.

You didn't know about the 70s movie? One of the most famous horror films of all time? You don't know much about horror films.

There are some other really good horror films, as well. Things like SX_Tape, Triangle, and Dr Terror's House of Horrors.

It purged. It was "most snobby/pretentious user" or something. He was tagges like six times and came in like "woah, am I really that bad guys?"

If that's really his gimmick, good to know.

Ginger Snaps is hardly "horror".

Horror is Dawn of the Dead 2004, Halloween III, Texas Chainsaw Massacre Remake, and Boogeyman III.

Videodrome is a good film. The special effects were very good for their time. Alien is okay, but Aliens is great.
