i'm gonna let my white guy show and say flour in general. if it's a really good corn tortilla then corn, but i've had some really mediocre corn tortillas. like sometimes corn tortillas have like almost a soapy taste to them. anyone know what i'm talking about?

It depends what the food is. For tacos, enchiladas, and soup, corn tortillas all the way. But burritos definitely taste better in flour tortillas. I generally like quesadillas better in flour tortillas too although it depends on what other ingredients are in it besides cheese (flour if cheese only).
