I'm not denying this isn't good. Things are escalating.

I know exactly the damage I'm doing, my overweight is doing even more damage to the liver and all the other organs.

I'm don't think I'm an alky tho

Stop pussyfooting around the issue, just admit you have a drinking problem and seek help. Or just stop fucking posting about it so you can deny it later.

I know. I know I drink a lot usually, well maybe not often, but when I do it's much. But it's not an addiction I think. So I dunno. Either way I know what I'm doing now is bad.
