the app won't connect, the site cannot be opened and i can only access my files from browsing manually trough windows explorer and obviously the sync isnt working

Yeah, no one can access it here. Maybe it is regional specific? I am in indonesia

Try clearing your web browser cache. If that doesn't fix it and it's not on your guys end blocking it then I guess it must be regional.
