every time i drive along time, that area on the back of my knee, where the fold is hurt. it feel sore and tense. i drive almost everyday to work so this is inevitable. it will usually go away on weekend after i rest or get a massage, but on weekdays they are almost in constant pain. not really painful,it is more like that sore feeling on your muscle after hard exercise.
if you touch that area, it hurt too, like there is hardened muscle. using muscle relaxant and slowly massaging it helps. the hard muscle is softening again, and the sore is gone, but on the next day, i drive again, the same thing happened. is there an way to make it easier? knee compressor/brace? certain type of exercise? at work i try to stretch my body every several hour, it does help with the other tense muscle from sitting, but the knee pit is still sore. ugh i am getting old or something --- http://i.imgtc.com/iJyp6bF.png http://i.imgtc.com/ZBw36Qh.png Thanks for the peeps that made the pics <3 if i make typos it means i am on phone ... Adjust your seat maybe? I get the same thing on my left leg because I drive stick, so my leg is constantly hitting the clutch.
