It's stupid. Yeah that's what I don't understand, as usually this doesn't seem to be a problem for other shows in syndication/netflix and such. It had awesome music in all the episodes but the DVDs had to rip out 99% of the tracks because all the licensing rights didn't cover DVDs since it came out in the late 90s.
