May have seemed highly situational when he came out, nowadays he could bring the world to its knees in seconds. Not only that, but technology technically includes a lot of stuff we don't think about; shoelaces, canopeners, pens, pencils, etc. It's almost guaranteed that unless you are a naked man, in perfect health, having had zero operations in your life, with perfect eyesight, Forge could technically fuck you up. Not to mention that technology is vague enough that he could whip up anything to do anything.
