It had been there for a while, but then users found out about it? People were so angry. In the end, it was abolished. To be fair, the system was pretty stupid, and it's best they got rid of it.

It made the sport better IMO. And people were angry because they discovered they had "Unreliable" as a rating, and their marks were being completely ignored by mods. --- It has been 0 days since something interesting happened.
