Like you got a game, you like it, and it is a good game in most aspects, however, there is just one or two design choice that makes you ponder "why the fuck would they make it like that!?"

Most recent example for me is expedition vikings where until just recently patched, there is no character positioning in combat. It makes some encounter weirdly unfair and seems weird overall because expedition conquistadors has placement feature

- Having to go into the briefcase every time you want to switch weapons in Resident Evil 4

- Having to farm blood vials & bullets in Bloodborne after you die

No unranked games in CS:GO with the same rules as the ranked games. The "casual" mode has totally different rules.

Starcraft 2 initially didn't have unranked matchmaking when it came out, that was annoying.

The handling of street races in Forza Horizon 3

In a game that touts your ability to shape most aspects of how you play, street races are set apart from most other races, and are unalterable. I find myself coming back to basically everything except them, because they're the same thing every time with only minimal story justification for that.

Yah. This seems to be artificial difficulty at its worst imo. I mean i understand to disable it when coop or pvp , but no reason to not put it in single player.

I love dark souls but i have died several timez because nature called when i fought sometimes

Oh yes, the UI in tyranny. It is obsidiand ans they made tons of rpg. The game is good yet the UI is so clunky, non functional and overall a hassle to go trough. Its like those 90s rpg where everything looks dirty and unorganized.

Pillars had a great UI and i think really did great modernization on crpg UI, tyranny is a step behind in tjat aspect

Why would they do something like that on purpose?
That is one of the reasons FFXIII was so bad. Only FFXIII didn't have a great story, fun battle system, and likable characters to fall back on.

yea especially when if you aren't embered or have humanity or whatever you can't even engage in co-op or pvp, so there's no point in disabling pausing all the time.

Clash of Elementalists has god awful camera controls.
The camera only can be moved by jumping, which shifts it to your opponent..
