3 or 4 days of pretty hot temperatures, about 28 - 32C, and it's very uncomfortable. Even in the shade, or indoors, it's really warm. I like it when it's hot, but this came on pretty suddenly, and is perhaps a bit too hot.

Eventually the UK will figure out that even though they don't need air conditioning 50 weeks out of the year, if they don't want this to keep happening to them for the other two weeks of the year (every single year, consistently, and they always complain about it), maybe they need to invest a little bit in air conditioning. Start with buses and the London Underground.

The heat index was supposedly close to 110 at my job a few weeks ago. Literally stood in the shade reaching my hand out to feel the massive difference.
