When I was little I thought it was called Waterburger

One time I got a kids meal and it came with a strange yellow pill. It was very mysterious. We took it home and my dad put it in the sink. I thought it was gonna change the water colors but instead the pill transformed into a duck.

There are none in my area but they talk about it on 4PP all the time and they all say Waterburger.
