Current Events > Is it worth 100%ing Pikmin 3?

I've been playing it for over 2 years now, and have done most of it, but I still have a few things to do. I have about 6 or 7 platinums to do in Challenge Mode. Have any of you completed it? I don't know how other people feel, but this is one of the hardest games I've ever played, and I've been gaming for about 25 years. It is worth completing? Am I right to think this game is extremely hard, or am I just very bad at Pikmin games?

I loved 1 and 2 but couldn't get into 3, shit got too complicated imo. I'd like it if they went back to one character instead of 2 and especially instead of 3.

3 > 2 > 1, I think. Goodness knows what 4 will be like. I just wish they'd stop messing us around with us, and announce a release date.

3 did so many things right. Challenge Mode is great, the new Pikmin are a lot of fun to use, and the graphics are much better than before. I think Twilight Forrest is probably the best level I've ever played in a Pikmin game. But I think they went too far on the difficulty, with the bosses, and the golds maybe and the platinums definitely on Challenge Mode.
