12% HP loss on neutral pokemon, 25% on 2x weak pokemon, and 50% on 4x weak pokemon. And it STAYS FOREVER unless you take up a move slot for weak ass rapid spin. So if you like using moltres or charizard, too bad! Those pokemon are basically useless unless you send it out first or use some wacky moves on your team to minimize the hit.
Honestly, they should at least nerf it so it only works once, not forever >_> Half of my favorite pokemon are weak to rock and they get rekt if I use them on a team at the same time lol --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

A move introduced in Diamond and Pearl that proceeded to dominate competitive singles. Use it once and every time your opponent sends in a pokemon, it gets dealt rock type damage. For quite a while, it was a mandatory move to have on your team.
