Anyone who has "beaten" this level on camera, videoshopped it. It's literally impossible. No one actually knows what's after this level.

As stated N Sane trilogy Crash 1 is much harder due to the reworked physics. It makes High Road in particular much more difficult. But it is doable.

Beating the level imo really isn't that bad at all. Getting the relic nearly broke me tho

It was easier in the original, but Vicarious fucked with Crash's feet for the sake of modernization or whatever, so now it's much harder than originally intended.

they wanted to make the jumping mechanics to be standardized and the same for each game, instead of being developed individually to suit each game like they were originally. crash 1 is the most jarring, because the way jumping worked in that game was definitely noticeably different to two and three originally, but now they're all the same.

I actually haven't finished the High Road. I moved straight on to Crash 2 and 3 lol (Crash 2 was my first Crash game so that's where my true nostalgia lies anyway. I didn't finally play Crash 1 until adulthood)

I made it past the high road by abusing the ropes. but that shit has a 1 in 5 success rate of actually landing it. forget the relics, theres no way. stuck on slippery climb now.

I try that, but it's so tricky to jump on that that I usually die if I keep abusing it in 1 run >_>
