Current Events > Defenders was meh. At least Punisher and Daredevil season 3 will likely be good.

The showrunner on Punisher is good and seems to know what he's doing, or seems to at least. Bernthal is amazing as Frank Castle, and judging from the pre-release stuff they seem right on the money with the tone/content.

Daredevil S3 is taking hints from Born Again. Which if you're unfamiliar is one of the best Daredevil stories. The Kingpin figures out that Matt is Daredevil and after being released from prison sets out to dismantle his entire life. They hinted at this at the end of season 2 and Defenders.
