Like those nightmarish blender with hard to reach places and razor sharp blades.

Can you just put some water, pour dishwasher soap and press the button?

You can use a bottle cleaner to reach those parts if you are afraid of getting cut by the blades.

For a quick clean, yes, but later you have to take it apart and clean it throughly.

This. I used to not unscrew the bottom but after a while I noticed something funky going on, so when I did take the bottom off there was a big ring of mold going on. You need to do it every few cleans if you really wanna get it clean/avoid bacteria build up

Unscrew the base with the blades, and then wash it like a pitcher, or toss them both into the washing machine.

I have a blendtec and that's how it says to clean the jar. The jar doesn't come apart as far as I am aware.

Idk. I was even washing my in the dishwasher, and it still happened. Just do it every few washes, it really only takes an extra few seconds to screw the bottom on and off
