Like since YEARS. I made teh same topic 2 weeks ago about how ny first week was.

Now roughly 2 weeks later, it has been even better. I sleep immediately after i actually want to go to sleep, instead of tossing and rolling restlessly.

Getting out of bed is still a pain and i struggle everyday, but the aftermath is just so much better.

Basically after showering i actually feel refreshed.

Its a good habit. Anybody who can afford to lie in bed for an extra 20 minutes should set the alarm later and get right up.

Mine was pretty messed up and sleep quality was rock bottom.

It took effort, and probably just not snoozing is not enough, but it can be fixed. You gotta hsbe to go trough fire and flames

Years of that brainwashing known as school burned this habit of snooze into my head

. That said sleeping without a cell phone in the room has helped a ton

Yeah, I used to have my alarm first go off like a half hour before it needed to, then I finally realized, "Hey, I could sleep soundly another 30 minutes and just make sure I get up right away!" and I like that a lot better.

Anyone else just naturally wake up ~5 minutes before the alarm you set?

I know this

But haven't gotten the mental discipline to do it yet
