Mario 64
-Getting all 120 stars gets you:
Slightly different dialogue from Bowser when you beat him
Access to Yoshi. Talking to him gives you 100 lives, a message from the dev team, and a sparkly triple jump that lets you fall without taking damage
The slide penguin in Cool, Cool, Mountain is fatter and faster. Beating him again doesn't get you anything though.

Super Mario Sunshine
-Getting all 120 shines gets you:
A group photo of the cast >_>

Super Mario Galaxy
-Getting all 120 stars gets you:
Ability to replay the game as Luigi.

-Getting all 120 stars as Luigi gets you:
Access to the secret level with a 121st star for both Mario and Luigi. Getting that star with both of them gives you 2 special pictures on your Wii console (1 is a pic of Mario and Peach and the other is a pic of Luigi and Rosalina)

-Getting 9999 star bits:
Turns all coconuts into watermelons >_>

Super Mario Galaxy 2
-Getting all 120 stars:
Unlocks 120 green stars hidden in all the levels

-Getting all 120 green stars:
Unlocks the final level with 2 stars in it, but to unlock the 2nd star, you need to have 9999 star bits in the Toad bank

-Getting all 242 stars gets you:
Rosalina on your ship >_> You can talk to her and stare at her boobs in first person view I guess lol

-Getting 9999 star bits on Mario (not the bank):
Turns all coconuts into watermelons

-Getting 9999 coins:
Unlocks every Luigi ghost

Super Mario Odyssey
-Getting all 883 moons:
Turns your Odyssey sail gold
Unlocks a harder final boss. When you beat him, you get a group photo of the cast

-Getting 999 moons by buying the rest in a shop:
Puts a giant hat on Peach's castle. Climbing to the top of it and throwing cappy on its tip makes fireworks go off >_>

Yeah it sucks lol, but at least the secret level is kinda fun to explore imo >_>

Don't forget 3D Land and World.

IIRC 100% in 3D Land unlocks Luigi and 100% as both unlocks the secret level, and 100% on the secret level unlocks... well, nothing.

3d land / world is literally just 2d mario but in 3d >_>
