Poll of the Day > In terms of "power level", shouldn't Azshara be almost a cakewalk?

In terms of the lore we of course can't apply the in-game levels to suggest who is "stronger". Thus far we have taken on the remnants of the Old Gods, the very beings who corrupted Neltharion and empowered Azshara. As powerful as she is, she is/was still nothing more than the Old Gods lap dog.

When we do take her on, is she even gonna be a threat? Deathwing himself reshaped the world but I think that might be more due to his powers as the former Earth-Warder.

It just seems weird to leave her on the backburner for so long and expect us to feel she's any sort of real threat after we already took on her masters.

Regardless, I'm sure they'll bullshit a reason for her being ultra powerful now. Like void energy or something. I haven't played retail since Pandaria, so idk.

We went from a Dragon that can blow up the planet to an Orc on Steroids once, cant really have a larger step down then that.

Azshara will also be empowered somehow i am sure, and we have no idea who the final boss is yet.
