200mg is like 1.5-2 cups of coffee in pill form. I used to take one 200mg caffeine pill and feel the effects for 8 hours.

Caffeine pills are awesome. Get 90 pills for like $5.

Tastes good, kind of cranberry and cola if I had to describe it. But it is unique and not as jolly-rancher esque as a lot of other energy drinks. I never find myself getting too jittery or crashing from it either, although I usually only have one 8oz can.

Sodas and energy drinks at least in the U.S.will always list their caffeine content if you look carefully on the bottle (for example, a Sprite will clearly say there is 'no caffeine' since some people are sensitive). Energy drinks are usually between 150-240 mg of caffeine per drink. So you can base it off that. Coffees aren't nearly as strict about that stuff though, it can be hard to get exact figures.

unless you're on an empty stomach caffeine takes minimum 30-45 minutes to work. Anything earlier is probably really slight or placebo

During my peak college semesters I was drinking the 240 mg Rockstar cans almost daily. I'm talking about those 8-8 class/work days lol

Detoxing took me 2-3 weeks and I slept a lot lol
