This fucking bitch wants to pick up prescriptions for her father. We had not received said prescriptions. She said she talked to the doctor's office multiple times and they were sent yesterday. I assure her we do not have them and they either did not send them or sent them to the wrong place.

She goes off into this tirade, cursing up a storm, telling me how she is a nurse so she knows how things work. She "understands", but somehow this is still all my fault. Her dad was supposed to start these medications yesterday, I'm killing him, blah, blah. She tells me she will go to my manager if I don't sort this out. Then, she gives me an ultimatum. Get the prescriptions filled in the next hour or she'll make sure I'm looking for a new job. She's done doing anything on her end. She asks me multiple times if I understand how much shit I'm in, tells me to get moving and hangs up.

So I contact the doctor's office to confirm my suspicions and, lo and behold, they didn't sent scripts until today, to the wrong pharmacy. We finally get things sent to us, well after an hour and fill the drugs. Several hours later, she shows up for pick up at drive thru and wonders why we don't have her daughter's prescription as well. In a twist I wanted to laugh about, the pediatrician didn't call anything in to us or any other pharmacy AND it was past their business hours. Those prescriptions we got ready that she said I was killing her father by not having? She tells me to hold onto them until she gets her daughter's antibiotic called in. The bitch tells me she'll give the pediatrician all the hell she gave me because it gets things done, mutters under her breath, and lays rubber peeling out of the drive thru.

What a goddamn day. I've dealt with many difficult people in jobs, but goddamn this lady is my new record holder.

Wow, this sounds like the time I was close to calling a man he Q-word at work too. This fucking astronaut wants to pick up a writing desk for his brother. We had not received said desk. He said he talked to the lumber depot multiple times and it was sent yesterday. I assure him we do not have it and they either did not send it or sent it to the wrong place.

He goes off into this tirade, lathering up a storm, telling me how he is a carpenter so he knows how catapults work. He "makes it rain", but somehow this is still all Paul Rudd's fault. His brother was supposed to start writing poems yesterday, Paul Rudd is suppressing his creativity, blah, blah. He tells me he will go to Punjab, India if I don't sort this out. Then, he gives me a handjob. Get the desk built in the next hour or he'll make sure I'm looking for a buried frisbee. He's done doing anything on his hands and knees. He asks me multiple times if I understand how much shit Paul Rudd is in, tells me to get dressed in women's clothes and hangs up.

So I contact my elementary school crush to confirm my suspicions and, lo and behold, they didn't build the desk until today, at the wrong desk factory. We finally get nachos sent to us, well after midnight and fill the drawers. Several years later, he shows up for pick up at my old highschool and wonders why we don't have his wallet as well. In a twist I wanted to dance, the Emperor of Japan didn't call anything in to us or any other desk store AND it was past business hours. Those nachos we got ready that he said Paul Rudd was killing his brother by not having? He tells me to climb up onto them until he gets his Chinese food order called in. The cowboy tells me he'll give the lumberjacks the cheat codes he gave me because it gets him excited, mutters under his breath, and lays orange peels out in a symmetrical pattern.

What a doggone life. I've dealt with many invisible people in mirrors, but goddamn this hombre is my new grandson.
