No. Stomp on the Thwomp is the only star that's harder there. And 100 coin star, assuming on Rainbow Ride you didn't fuck up getting the blue coins in the maze.

Tick Tock Clock has trickier obstacles and platforming, but more chances to save yourself from falling out the bottom and getting booted from the level. Rainbow Ride has far less room for error.
