You can tell most motivational speakers don't really even believe their own bullshit. They just use it to make money off of desperate and naive people who are grasping at straws. And people only post those memes when they're looking for inspiration and think it will help somehow. Otherwise they would be doing the thing they needed it for in the first place, not posting stuff on the Internet.

The only thing that's ever worked for me is to not wait for the motivation to begin something. Just begin doing it even if you're not feeling it. Sometimes the motivation comes, sometimes it doesn't and you just give up again, but it still works better than reading useless words.
