Exactly. there seems to be a few people on CE crying about "if he was white!..."...No, in the other cases people are listening to the stories and finding ways to make it seem like assault and taking those allegations seriously...in this case people are listening to her story and there really isn't anyway you can make it sound like assault based on how SHE HERSELF is telling it. Its not two different stories from the accuser and accused with a "you be the judge" element...its the same story from both parties and that story favors Aziz.

Nah not really. Unless she felt physically threatened (it's Aziz) there was nothing stopping her from leaving from what she described. She didn't work for him so he's in no position of power over her.

That's kind of where the issue is getting lost.

So obvious preface; I wasn't there, and only these two people know what happened.

I can see it from your angle, but when I read it, it sounds like a girl that froze up and didn't really know what to do or how to say no, so just went along with it until she reached her limit of putting up with it. Based on what I've read, I think it would be irresponsible to call it assault, but I think it shows an absolute confirmative "yes" is needed before moving on to things like that.
