That's exactly why he won't make it public. While it's held back, he can make all the claims in the world he wants about it and the regular fox News watchers and Breitbart browsers will eat it up without any critical thinking. If it comes out, they'll be hard pressed to actually make anything of it.

Yep. He essentially took a play out of Donnie's book, when he tried insinuating there were tapes of the Comey meetings and Comey and everyone else was like "omg, that's great! you should release them!" and they were like.... "naaaaaah, nah, I think we're good."

A) Who is "them"? Does it involve every single FBI agent? And every person in the Justice Department?
B) It's shifty as hell, because the FBI or Justice Department could likely verify the info in Nunes' invented memo. The fact he's unwilling to pass it over makes it seem as though he's not confident in the veracity of it.

We don't know exactly what's in it, so it's hard to say specifically.

If it includes the decision not to prosecute Hillary and her aides, then Comey would be the main target. Anyone involved in making the decision before the interviews were complete could be in trouble too.

If it includes the "insurance policy" Strzok texts, it could implicate McCabe. There's also the issue of "losing" a bunch of the texts, so whoever was involved with that.

It seems to be mostly about using the Steele dossier to spy though.
