Im not even against the wall really, I think its a waste of money but if people want it go ahead and build the thing

But the folks that were brought here to work by US employers and have been here for decades, started families, and have been living the American dream deserve a shot at becoming legitimized citizens. Its unfortunate that theyll be cutting in line compared other people applying for citizenship, but the blame for that falls on the US as a country. As much as people complained about migrants taking jobs, the entire economy benefited from cheap labor.

May as well get them into the system so that they are being properly taxed like the rest of us.

Im not so sure. Historically the Hispanic population at large has been very religious and conservative leaning. The issue of immigration has brought many to the left side of politics but if republicans follow through with productive immigration reform that could change things.

EDIT: Mostly because Reps treat them all like illegals even if they are American.

And I doubt trump actually means it. Just look to western countries that don't have the American constitution to guide them, and see what the liberals do there. They're the same everywhere.

Sometimes Trump seems like the kind of guy with some good ideas that's just being pushed around by the real government.

At some point, he was actually for universal healthcare. Of course, he used to be a Democrat too.

The people at the bottom got pushed out by their employers who didnt think it was worth it to pay Americans an American wage anymore. If you really cared about the construction industry and contractors then youd know that the real problem is the widespread corruption throughout the US army corps of engineers and the attempt at nearly every level to cut every corner and fleece the country for all its worth.

You try to pass yourself off as knowledgeable but you never seem to actually know much passed a talk radio talking point.
