I've had a copy for a while, and have beaten it and done some extra stuff, but...are there really 50+ moons in most of the worlds? Where the hell are they? I've been exploring pretty hard, and found maybe 300 out of about 900 of them. I've done the moon rock stuff, but I don't understand *how* I'm meant to be exploring. I've never had this much trouble with exploring and collecting in a 3D Mario before.

if only there were a website that had information about video games. like, a site with frequently asked questions about certain video games...

I felt this way too at first, but you'd be surprised how many pop up if you reexamine areas. Plus a good number of regular (non-moon rock) moons can't be accessed until the postgame, I think.

Don't you just buy a bunch of them? Every kingdom sells up to 100 moons at the shop. But they aren't counted for each of the 800 or so unique moons aside from the first one. They bring the total up to at least 2000 moons... but the counter on the ship stops at 999. Well... I'm sure there is SOMEONE out there that hates themselves enough to buy out every shop... --- ...
