i'm sitting here with the road in my line of sight while working so i can go out and get my package from this lady because she always leaves a pickup note in the mailbox if the package doesn't fit, forcing me to go pick up any package the next day. she doesn't even bother trying to knock on the door or anything. it's really annoying actually.

what has your experience with usps been like? is fedex/ups better iyo?
