At the moment it sounds like there still is a lot that's unknown about him. My personal suspicion is that he's probably someone not fiscally well-off with a history of mental instability to decided to target minorities out of a sense of racially-motivated superiority. The Republican party will, almost certainly, claim that he does not represent them or their ideals in the slightest while the far left will attempt to utilize this as an example of what all people to their right are like.
