The maps sometimes mark Power Moons where the binoculars are. Is there some standard method of getting Power Stars under, or near them, or something? I've tried ground pounding on them, attacking them while controlling an enemy with Cappy, etc. but nothing works.

Take control of binoculars, look around in the sky for a taxi or sphinx floating under a balloon.

Alright, thanks. I probably wouldn't have ever figured that out.
