I've been on 20mg Lexapro for years now, always had issues with major depression and suicidal thoughts. I was good for about a year until recently. Thing is, I have like everything good I could want. A wonderful girlfriend, great family, great friends, solid job with security, stable place to live.
Yet i still have this feeling of wanting to die. It makes no fucking sense. Maybe my meds don't work anymore, I don't know. I have no reason to be like this right now of all times. How was I fine when things were shitty but now that things are good, I want to die again? It's completely bonkers. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

Just go to the gym bro. Get a few pumps in and it will alleviate your depression.
