Like, I might sleep for a total of 6 to 8 hours, but I never sleep for more than 2 hours at a time, waking up for a few minutes in between. I have complex dreams during my sleep shifts.
I'm sleeping on the most comfortable bed of my life. I have been occasionally taking naps during the day and take anti-anxiety meds in the morning. I upped my dose a few weeks ago, but my sleep problem has been going on and off for months. Yeah, I know need to ask my doctor, but just wondering if anyone has had this problem. --- ... Yeah its seasonal for me, along with my depression and nightmares and sleep paralysis. Been dealing with this stuff since I was a teenager.

I also have this problem, TC. However, some nights I can't sleep for several hours and others I can't sleep at all.

Maybe try some melatonin? I heard eating some red raspberries also helps you sleep better.
