I took adderall like 1 & a half days before a semi surprise drug test and they never brought it up. Maybe my metabolism is just a beast or something tho. I am super skinny.

Also this was a test because. Prescribed medication so they should care more than just a physical

Doctors won't care, but if you get tested for drugs or a urine test it'll pop up as a blip saying you tested positive for THC and had it in your blood. Whenever a doctor looks up your previous results they'll probably ask if you still do marijuana or smoke etc. However, the current doctor will probably ask you about it, and mark it down in your notes something like patient smokes/eats edibles, was advised not to do it next time. It's the same thing that'd be written if you were smoking normal cigarettes, pt advised not to smoke, interferes with medications blah blah blah. Same for alcohol.

At least that's how it worked with the doctor I shadowed.

So whoever says they don't care, is somewhat correct. But it WILL be marked on file and it WILL be noticed. Whether it has any effects on judgement by other doctors depends on the type of doctor you have.

I used to take adderall as a prescription for ADHD. Worst shit ever. Ive never felt less like a functional person than then.
