That one was built in 1925. I like that they renovated the inside so it's completely modern on the interior but the exterior is still historic.

Im always caught off guard when I see houses in Arizona and they dont have grass in their front yard. I mean, it works with a lot of styles of houses but Im just not used to it

The place I live now has grass in the common areas.
