It's possible to do so completely legally (as long as your computer has an optical drive, but you can always grab an external one). It can upscale them even better than the PS3 can, and you don't need a top-of-the-line PC to achieve it either. My favorite stuff that Sony has is classic stuff from PS1/2 era that you can buy on the online shop. Even when I had a PS4, I still got more use of my vita. If I purchase it online for one system, I should be able to download it to all three systems from my account without having to pay three times. Then they conveniently make older systems inaccessible, so youre pressured into re-purchasing your entire game library multiple times.
