The Sorrow's River.

I think I remember getting through it and dying. Being like...um what the fuck.

Went through it a couple more times. Couldn't figure it out. Then started mashing buttons at the death screen and the shoulder item menu popped up. Was like...huh. Thats weird. Should be able to use it for some reason.

It was mainly cuz I forgot about the revival pill since I never used the fake death pill at all.

I remember being really scared of that part of the game as a kid. Especially the "jumpscares" that weren't really scary at all lol.

Yet somehow, I did figure out the revival pill thing by myself.

Yeah I fuckin hated jump scares as a kid so you could imagine me hating going through that portion again and again lol

I don't remember how I figured it out, but I know I did it without a guide since I didn't have internet at the time.

I forget how, but yeah. As young as I was when I played through MGS3 I remember being surprisingly competent.
