I blow-dry my hair. Usually with cool air which takes longer but gets the job done. I just gently comb through my hair while drying it, then add product when it's dry or mostly dry.

If I use hot air I get a bit of frizziness (not that noticeable tbh) but it makes my hair insanely thick and the styles pretty insane.

I think there are special products you can buy to help protect the hair/reduce frizz when blow-drying but I've never tried any since I use cool air most of the time and it's not as bad.

Give it a shot and see if you like it, it's legit. Kind of crazy how many different things you can do with your hair even as a guy. I'm 32 and I probably still haven't stumbled across the best way to do my hair/what products are the best for me. I still have meh days and fucking amazing "the stars have all aligned" days. It's wild, haha.
