I'm 5'10".

Feels good man. My doc says my healthy weight for my body type is 180-190, so I'm really close.

I really need to start working on definition though to tighten up some of the areas where I've lost, but I'm completely clueless. I need to lift too but don't know shit about it. I've been losing weight on diet alone.

Im 511 and the lowest Ive gotten to is 270 :(.

Any tips?

Did you ever get checked for fatty liver?

I had a fat friend who was 260lbs at 5'10 and he lost weight because he was scared, they found he had fatty liver when he got an ultrasound for something else.

He got down to 200 lbs and STILL had fatty liver. Once he hit 185 lbs and kept it for 4 months his liver got normal again

All my levels are normal, I get checked every 6 months. I actually just had an ultrasound too.

Honestly? Only eat bad once per week. You have to eat bad once a week at least, it helps get the cravings for bad shit out of the way. The rest of the week, eat nothing but fruit, veggies, and baked or grilled meat.

I developed acid reflux, so eating carbs at all will give me horrible heart burn, so I don't really eat carbs.
