Like they gain suddenly a heavy mass from bodyfat, that is considered obese relatively by the animals standard.

I think hibernating animals will be fine, benefit even bbecause they are designed to survive long without food with stockpiled fats.

Hunters will probably die off, but their prey become slow too.

would fish float or sink with more body fat?

I dunno where insects store extra energy.

Sponge and barnacles too, but they will probably grow exponentially i dunno.

Humans will losy workforce and the people workin in physical labor will probably be impended and will take several months or weeks to lost weight.
