Voted Blackquill because he is my favorite to actually face as a prosecutor. Going as a character overall it'd be Edgeworth, but that's just not fair. He's had a lot more time to develop and even had spinoff games. Even if one of those is overrated and unlocalized

It feels almost unfair to have Edgeworth here tbh. Voted Franziska because I like facing her in court and I find her character over-hated/underrated. Godot is great but he's not a great opponent. Blackquill is up there.

I hope Klavier gets zero votes, that dude sucks both as an opponent and as a character.

In terms of prosecuting ability, Godot is one of the worst, which makes sense considering he used to be a defense attorney instead.

In terms of just being a good opponent, Godot's one of the best.

2-4 Edgeworth is the greatest prosecutor in the entire series. I'd put him above Manfred, even.

I rank Blackquill so highly because he's a great prosecutor and a great opponent.

He does have a good theme.

I agree that in terms of the actual performances we see in the games, Blackquill would be higher. But I don't remember any lines of dialog about how amazing a prosecutor he's supposed to be like we had for the other ones. I could be wrong though, I don't remember DD very well. But I was going for sort of "gameplay and story segregation", as much as that could possibly apply in this series. What's more impressive, being allowed to prosecute as a prisoner or as a 17 year old?

Blackquill's skill as a prosecutor is praised pretty highly, particularly for his "power of suggestion."

He's not a childhood prodigy like Franziska or Klavier, but yeah.

Kinda relevant: /v/ was supposed to have a Twitch stream of Case 3-2 this month to celebrate the in-game date of that case, but our streamer went missing and hasnt made any signs of coming back. At the moment, all I can wish for is that somebody manages to substitute by December so we can stream Layton v. Wright as makeup.
