Start looking at replacements in case the latter --- There sure are a lot of different mes just like you have a lot of different yous! Take the drive out and put it in a USB enclosure to transfer what you can to another computer, then replace the drive and reinstall Windows. If you do reinstall there's no need to worry about the license key since that's linked to the motherboard and it will be auto-activated once connected to the Internet. If you want to verify that the hard drive actually has physical errors you'll need to scan it with a S.M.A.R.T. testing app like Crystal Disk Info or WD Data Lifeguard (from a boot CD/USB obviously).
