Rent - $450appx (after split between SO and roommate)

If you can pay it off then it's not really considered a bill. You're essentially just substituting one form of payment for another. Well over $10,000 (including 2 mortgages, but one property brings in rental income). I didn't count property taxes, which are due. That would put it well over $20,000.
