Water/Gas/Oil - varied but totaling around $120 for 3
Co-car insurance - $50
Health insurance - $170
Student loans - $190

there's no reason to do that

revolving debt is a 1 month loan. so long as you pay your balance in full before the due date you pay no interest

Yep exactly. If you can pay it off then it's not really considered a bill. You're essentially just substituting one form of payment for another. Like, I wouldn't list credit card as debt unless I wasn't able to pay it off in full.
