Foods - $70-$90appx
Water/Gas/Oil - varied but totaling around $120 for 3
Co-car insurance - $50
Health insurance - $170
Student loans - $190

So probably under $1,200 a month when it's all said and done >__>

there's no reason to do that

revolving debt is a 1 month loan. so long as you pay your balance in full before the due date you pay no interest

Yep exactly. If you can pay it off then it's not really considered a bill. You're essentially just substituting one form of payment for another. Like, I wouldn't list credit card as debt unless I wasn't able to pay it off in full.

Well over $10,000 (including 2 mortgages, but one property brings in rental income). I didn't count property taxes, which are due. That would put it well over $20,000.

indeed i do. for the first ~6 years i had the house i almost doubled my monthly payment. then my grandmother died a couple of years back and left me a little bit of money so i just paid the rest off.
