Cast irons aside, this is the best frying pan I've had

Ok, so your first thought is "but it's coated". Yes it is, but it's durable as hell, you can use metal tools on it, nothing really sticks on it either.

The heat distributes through it perfectly. You can use it on quite high temperatures and use it in the oven. I've cooked steak on it and it gives awesome sear.

It's easy to maintain too, usually I just rinse it with water and dry off with paper towels unless it's very fatty, cooked fish or anything that gives off too much flavor.

The handle feels nice and the pan has a bit heaviness to it too so it doesn't feel like some cheap pan.

It's a bit expensive but if you cook a lot I recommend this one.

The only reason I'll use a cast iron over this is to get very aggressive sear quickly, cook something on high for a long time, want to make good tasting pan sauces from the stuff that is stuck on the pan.
