Hive five rolls off the tongue a little better than "palm-to-palm contact between two parties with all five fingers extended or could also be palm-to-finger contact if done in certain ways usually done with enough force to create an audible slapping sound". Maybe it's just me though.

When we spar.roll during jiu jitsu we call it slapping hands. You do a hand slap and a fist bump before you start.
