With condoms the only thing you have to worry about is size and whether it contains latex (if you're allergic). They're also cheaper to mass produce. Also, you at least get confidence in going to a doctor for birth control. Getting condoms free at the student center? Not so bad. Buying them? You're getting sex advice from some washed out old dude behind the register who's "been around the block a few times."
