I think it's unlikely he'll get a second term. Any one of the following could mean no second term, from least likely to most:
- Republicans decide to put forward a more-typical candidate, meaning Trump isn't in the running in the first place
- Democrats put forward a candidate that sucks slightly less than Trump (ie: pretty much anyone they'd be reasonably likely to run, other than Clinton)
- Trump's health gives out before 2020

I'd say the chance that none of the above happen is pretty low.

Rasmussen polling, you know, the Conservative biased one that Trump himself and all his supporters like to cite, has him currently at 47% approval.

If we just look at the midterm elections we just had, and tied everyone's house vote to their vote for president, Trump would have lost the electoral college.

Obviously there are people on both sides who don't turn out to midterm elections, but this year had the highest midterm turnout in a century. Things can obviously change, but I don't think anyone predicting Trump loses is taking a huge leap of faith.
