Like most everyone's still here at the office, but nobody really has any deadline motivation because holidays.

We have a new safety director coming on site in January, so the order of the day is "prepare it but don't finish it because the new director will have to look at it".

So I'm sitting on a pantload of 90% completed projects and can't check off any of them, and I'm hesitant to start new ones to overload the new director.
