Huh. Pretty much all over the state. Though tornados do seem to be a rarity in the wichita area. But when we do get one it is usually quite powerful.

This one was easily the worst I have seen, though I saw it from further away than the idiots filming. The thing went 40 or so miles and caused 300 million in damage.
